What is an OTP?
The One Time Password (OTP) is a password that is generated as an additional authentication mechanism that will enable you to reset your password or unlock your account without knowing the current password. The One Time Password (OTP) is case sensitive.
The OTP is sent via SMS to the mobile device linked to the account being reset and will be valid for 10 minutes from the time when it is created. After this time you will have to request a new one.
The OTP is entered in Step 2 of the process in the “OTP” field and without it you cannot perform actions on the account.
